The basis of this vehicle is a Porsche 911 S, which was converted to a 911 in S/T look in 2011 by David Herve (RV-Classic, Rennes, Brittany, France). Herve enjoys a good reputation in the scene. In addition, the DME-controlled injection engine from a 911 Carrera 3.2 engine type 930/20 with aluminium crankcase was installed. Together with the modified camshafts and a sports air filter, this engine produces approximately 275 hp. Eddy van den Bossche took care of the 915 five-speed gearbox TYPE 915. Worth mentioning here are the differential lock and the RSR-typical external oil cooling. The front bonnet as well as the front wing extensions were made of glass fibre reinforced plastic. The rear side panels are made of sheet steel. These mudguards house wide dimensioned Fuchs five-arm forged rims with 9J x15 ET 21 at the front and 11J x15 ET02 at the rear and with 18 mm H&R spacers, rewelded by Volker Potratz and refined by Harald Gebhardt. Internally ventilated brake discs, fixed caliper brakes and steel braided lines are a matter of course. The deceleration is also needed, as 230 km/h should be achievable with the current gear ratio.
